Does any problem solving involve mind research on mind anomalies/ mental disorder?
This question is based on [Simply Apace] comment:

"In order for any problem to be solved it first needs to be mentally pictured, described for what it is, leading from why it is so. If I say this is problem then I should know why it is so.
What I mean is if there is something considered problematic then there must be something wrong, something abnormal, something unjustly placed, an imbalance, or a want or excess of something etc. "
If true, the conventional outside world is mind-based, isn't it?

@epistemology,
If a problem is well defined (up to root causes), it is the 100% perfect solution, not half solved.
