Do calculations with infinities make any sense in Mathematics?

concepts like "infinity - 1" or "infinity1 - infinity2"

Additional Details

@SS4,
Does Georg Cantor's "infinity of infinities" make any sense to you?

If the concept of Infinity 'Anantha' is a definable range (not number) and used for Mathematics by ancient Asians, can the short-lived western education system be humble to absorb the true nature of temporal infinity? (Even zero/freedom is new to liberal west 1BC-1AC)

Infinity, Zero, Imaginary numbers, etc are mysteries (difficult or impossible to understand or explain) to Western education system.

Why prejudice (Preconceived opinion not based on reason or experience) of what is unknown, when the same is known to some cultures over thousands of years?

Does Western Education System play the role of "Jack of all trades, master of none"?
