why Infinity remains as a concept

Question:

If Atom can be visually observed why Infinity remains as a concept?

Both concepts Atom 'Paramanu' and Infinity 'Anantha' are sourced back to ancient Asia.

Paramanu=Parama+Anu, means basic unit.
Western Education has given a value to it and claim to visually observe.

The concept of 'Anantha' is defined with relative to universe/self 'vi+sva / shiva'

Western Education system was skeptic to welcome some mathematicians who knew infinity (example: Georg Cantor, Srinivasa Ramanujan, etc)

Cantor was condemned as a "scientific charlatan", a "renegade" and a "corrupter of youth" with no empathy at that time.

Why Infinity remains as a concept in current education system and not used as a definite range from finite to complete/whole when the existence of different infinities are obvious?

Additional Details

@Iggy Rocko,
The Education system teaches things of doubt without mastering them.
As a result, students are forced (brain-washed) to memorize them to earn credits.
When someone with knowledge on the subject says something different, this dump army who call themselves 'mathematicians' declare war to reject, because the truth hurts their comfort.

Even Galileo was found "gravely suspect of heresy" and sentenced to indefinite imprisonment by Roman Catholic Church over his support of Copernican astronomy, because he proved the Earth was not the center of the universe.
