Rules vs. Laws vs. Legal & Power
Rule is a line. Each side can be enforced with a set of consequences (more rules).
Laws and Legal are basically rules, and relate to systems.
A system is defined using a set of rules.
System's relativity to where you stand will decide, whether the said system rules are laws or legal.
When you understand (stand-under) a system, you find the system rules as laws.
When you over-stand a system, where the system is fictional to you, you find the system rules as legal.
Power generates based on where the rule is drawn.
Big side has more power.
Majority & minority is the basis for democracy.
